Okay, here's my shot at healthy. Since I just had a baby, I am definitely wanting more healthy/lowfat recipes too. Eatingwell.com has some great recipes, and they are actually pretty easy recipes that taste good. My mom used to make some whole wheat things when I was young, and I didn't like it so I'm always wary of recipes that don't have any white flour. These cookies are actually REALLY good! I like the chewyness that the whole wheat adds, and the ground up oatmeal makes it not so dense. Another tip, it seems like white wheat tastes a lot better than red wheat.
